Terms of use
These terms govern use of the PHARMA MARKET storefront, catalogue, checkout, account, supplier access, product authentication checker, and any related correspondence. Using the site, opening an account, or placing an order means you accept this record. If you do not accept it, do not order and do not create an account.
This is PHARMA MARKET’s business policy. It is not legal advice to you, and it is not a prescription, diagnosis, or clinical consultation. Local law still applies where you live. We may update this page; the effective date above is the version that binds new orders and new accounts.
The service
PHARMA MARKET is a multi-brand reseller of oral, injectable, HGH, and peptide lines. We do not manufacture the listed products. Catalogue copy (formula, CAS, effects notes) is educational. Nothing on this site promises a medical outcome.
Catalogue listings are not a prescription, diagnosis, or clinical consultation. You are responsible for obtaining any clinician involvement your situation requires. We may decline an order where fulfilment would be unlawful or where our availability checks refuse the jurisdiction.
Sourcing
Every brand we list is manufactured in WHO-GMP certified facilities under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system. Quality control is treated as part of the product — not a marketing afterthought.
We source legally, directly from those manufacturers. We do not buy from other people in the distribution chain. Lot identity, labelling, and release stay with the plant that made the goods. If a manufacturer cannot supply a line, we do not substitute another house without saying so on the listing.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and acting in a jurisdiction where it is lawful for you to request and receive the items you order. You may not use a false identity, a stolen email, or another person’s payment credentials. We may ask for information sufficient to operate the office. We are not obliged to explain every refusal in detail where doing so would help an attacker.
Accounts
An account is for following your own orders, payments, requests, and documents. Supplier access is extra access we grant after review. Applying does not create a right to be approved. We may refuse, suspend, or close either without a public hearing.
You are responsible for the password and for activity under your login. Do not share the account. Do not open a second account to evade a suspension. Guest checkout remains available; attaching a guest order to an account requires the private pay token. Guessing tokens, enumerating order numbers, or claiming orders you did not place is grounds for immediate refusal of service.
Orders and payment
Prices, totals, and order status are set by the server — never by a field you submit. Checkout is crypto settlement (USDT, USDC, or XMR on the listed network). An order stays pending until we confirm the deposit ourselves. Nothing is automated.
- Exact amount, listed network. A transfer on the wrong chain, to the wrong asset, or of the wrong amount is not payment.
- Reported transaction IDs are not proof. A pasted txid does not move the order forward. We confirm what we can see.
- Confirmed crypto is final. Digital-asset transfers are not chargebacks. Do not treat a completed confirmation as reversible because you changed your mind, mistyped an address on your side, or opened a dispute theatre elsewhere.
- False payment claims. Submitting fabricated txids, recycled hashes, screenshots of other people’s transfers, or “I paid, ship now” pressure after we have not confirmed the deposit is fraud against the office.
Fulfilment and discreet shipping
We fulfil discreetly by design. That means limited public tracking, unmarked or low-profile outer packaging where we offer it, and no theatre on social networks. You accept that discreet dispatch is incompatible with a public carrier page you can screenshot for every stranger.
A “I never received it” claim after we have a confirmed dispatch is investigated, not rubber-stamped. We may require time, a signed statement, and whatever operational evidence we hold. We do not automatically reship or refund because a claim is loud, repeated, or timed to the moment after delivery would reasonably have occurred. Repeated non-receipt claims, address hopping, or claims that contradict our dispatch record are treated as abuse.
Quality and authentication
Each unit is intended to ship with a private authentication code on the insert — not on the carton, not at checkout. The public checker confirms a genuine code or returns a generic failure. It is not an oracle: a failed check does not tell you whether a code exists, was revoked, or belongs to an unpaid order.
Do not publish codes, harvest them, or use the checker to probe the system. We may throttle or block automated or high-volume checks. Catalogue identity data is educational; it is not a warranty that a given lot will produce a clinical effect for you.
Conduct we will not absorb
We deal with clients in good faith. We do not subsidize scammers. The following, without limitation, are grounds to cancel open orders, close an account, keep funds already confirmed where the law allows, and refuse future business:
- Payment fraud — fake deposits, spoofed wallets, social-engineering the office into shipping before confirmation.
- Identity fraud — impersonating another client, a clinician, a courier, or PHARMA MARKET staff.
- Friendly fraud — receiving goods and then claiming non-receipt, “not as described,” or “unauthorized” in bad faith.
- Account abuse — credential stuffing, shared logins after a ban, attaching other people’s orders.
- Site abuse — scraping, attacking, flooding forms, or probing authentication and pay URLs.
- Harassment — threats, smear campaigns used as leverage for a refund, or flooding encrypted channels after a lawful refusal.
We may retain the minimum operational record needed to recognize a repeat actor. We are not required to debate every enforcement decision in public or by endless email.
Refunds, cancellations, returns
Pharmaceutical and discreet goods are not a high-street returns counter. Once a parcel is dispatched, the item is generally not restockable.
We may refund or cancel
Before confirmation or dispatch
If we have not confirmed payment, or we cancel because we cannot fulfil, you should not send funds — or we will say how any confirmed amount is handled.
We generally will not
After release or use
Change of mind, unused product, opened units, or claims without a dispatch defect we can verify. Returns of used sterile or pharmaceutical goods are not accepted for safety reasons.
Any refund we do issue is at our discretion, in a crypto asset we choose, and is not an admission of fault. Chargeback language from card networks does not rewrite a confirmed on-chain settlement.
Right to refuse and terminate
We may refuse an order, a jurisdiction, a supplier application, or continued account access. We may close an account for fraud risk, abuse, or operational reasons. Closing an account does not erase our right to keep a limited fraud-prevention record. You may stop using the site at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PHARMA MARKET is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; for lost profits; or for loss arising from your clinician decisions, your misuse, your jurisdiction, or a third-party network (crypto rails, couriers, messaging apps).
Our aggregate liability for a given order is limited to the amount we actually confirmed for that order, except where the law forbids that limit. You agree to indemnify PHARMA MARKET against claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use, or your misrepresentation.
The site, catalogue, and accounts are provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, or that every page will suit a particular clinical purpose.
Privacy
We collect only what the office needs to take an order, confirm a deposit, fulfil discreetly, answer a request, and keep the business from being defrauded. We do not sell a mailing list and we do not broadcast that you are a client.
What we hold
- Account. Login email (needed to find you at sign-in), password hash, and optional account profile (name, phone, address) stored encrypted at rest.
- Orders. Line items, amounts we calculated, status we set, crypto instructions, optional txid, jurisdiction code from availability checks, discreet flag.
- Messages. Contact-form and account-request bodies, stored encrypted.
- Technical. Session cookie, rate-limit counters, and security logs (for example IP on throttled endpoints). We do not treat logs as marketing profiles.
How we use it
To operate checkout and accounts; to confirm payment; to ship; to answer you; to detect reuse of stolen tokens, fake deposits, and serial non-receipt claims; and to meet a legal demand we cannot lawfully ignore.
How we keep it
Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. Guest pay pages require the one-time token (or ownership of the order on a signed-in account). We apply retention windows the operator configures. Backups and logs follow the same “minimum needed” idea. We do not put product-authentication codes in email.
Sharing
We do not sell your identity. We may share what a courier needs to deliver, what a processor or chain already exposes when you pay, or what a competent authority lawfully requires. Encrypted messaging apps you choose (Threema, Signal, Telegram) are their networks, not ours.
Your requests
You may ask what we hold, or ask us to correct or delete what the law allows us to drop. We may retain what we still need for an open order, a dispute, or fraud prevention. Write the office from the contact page. We will not take instructions from an unverified stranger claiming to be you.
Contact
Questions about this record go through the same office as any other note. Do not send authentication codes or seed phrases.
